Atlantic Direct Containers is committed to providing high-quality used and new shipping/storage containers to meet your needs. Please review our refund and return policies carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds for Used Containers

All used containers are sold “as-is” after thorough inspection. Due to their nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for used containers unless there is a major structural defect not disclosed at the time of sale. If such an issue arises, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at sales@atlanticdirectcontainers.com, including photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, if validated, offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a partial refund at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds for New Containers

New containers come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect, you must report it within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation (photos/videos). Approved claims will result in a replacement or repair. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. If the container has already been dispatched, cancellation may incur transport fees.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Custom modifications (cutting, welding, etc.)

  • Delivery fees (unless cancellation occurs before dispatch)

  • Containers with minor cosmetic imperfections (rust, dents) as described in the original listing

How to Initiate a Return/Refund

Email sales@atlanticdirectcontainers.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Detailed reason for return/refund

  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos)

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
